Tony is a maintenance technician in the sanctuary’s Key West office, providing daily facility and operational support as needed. He has made the lower Florida Keys his home since 1995, but originally hails from Hampton, Virginia. Tony joined the Navy in 1978 and served for 22 years with the Navy Seabees. After retiring from the Navy in 2000 as a Senior Chief Petty Officer, he worked an additional nine years with the Naval Air Station Key West Recreation Department.
