Report an Incident

If you observe a violation of sanctuary regulations, a pollution spill, or even an injured marine mammal or sea turtle, report the incident to the appropriate agency. Contact information for various agencies is listed below.

To report a violation of sanctuary regulations, or an injured or stranded marine mammal or sea turtle, contact the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission at 1-888-404-3922. Cell phone users can dial *FWC or #FWC, depending on your service provider.

To report a marine pollution event, including an oil or chemical spill, contact the National Response Center at 1-800-424-8802.

To report a violation of the Marine Mammal Protection Act, contact the NOAA Office of Law Enforcement at 1-800-853-1964.
